During the past week our Client Services Department has forwarded information regarding a modified operating structure that fundamentally changed the way we interact with you from a customer service standpoint. Previously we operated in a traditional "customer service" environment, reacting to requests in an open management format. As the need for detailed management and real-time information provision increases, we felt it necessary to meet these challenges proactively to better service the needs of our clientele.
Today we are operating in a client management environment, with account managers and assistants processing and maintaining the informational management side of your account. These individuals have access to all information, from scheduling and pricing to general client maintenance and communication, as they relate to your transportation and distribution needs. In making these changes we are striving to provide information on a proactive basis, while continuing to give you personal service from a team that intuitively understands your business and your need for immediate results.
In the coming days, your account management team will be contacting you to discuss your information and communication needs. Please feel free to present any ideas or suggestions you have that will allow us to better service your needs and the needs of your clientele. Your team is available to you twenty-four hours per day to answer any questions or process any request you may have.
