New CASS Certification Requirements - Effective August 1, 2007
Decisions made about address quality affect your ability to reach valued customers. Cost-effective and timely delivery of every mail piece depends on a valid address containing complete and accurate address elements.
Each mailpiece presented by the mailer with an accurate valid address allows the United States Postal Service to provide more efficient mail processing and helps the mailer avoid wasted expense and lost revenue due to undeliverable mail.
CASS Certified software used in conjunction with DPV and LACSLink is the primary essential tool designed to help business mailers resolve addressing challenges and reduce costly Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) mail.

Small Efforts Can Reap Big Results!
The following resources provide information regarding CASS certification requirements. Frequently asked questions, best known practices, and experiences will be shared through these sites.
