ALG Revolutions
Manage all of your distribution needs from your desktop. ALG’s web-based mailing & distribution software solution allows the mailer to manage pre-production optimization to outbound shipping. The user can optimize mail.dat files to obtain maximum postal penetration and savings. Revolutions merges multiple mail.dat files, optimizes, builds efficient loads and generates consolidated 8125 forms, shipping manifests and bills-of-lading. The system enables the user to individually bar-code pallets, track inventory and trace mail throughout the distribution process. With on-demand reporting and web-based applications, everything a mailer needs to manage daily output is at the touch of a button. Unlike other systems offered in the industry requiring mailer investment, Revolutions is free to the user, making it the most valuable tool in the industry. Uni-Track
This universal tracking system is a web-based application providing pallet and piece level tracking throughout the transportation, distribution and postal delivery process. From the time the mail is produced and shipped, to in-home delivery, ALG’s universal tracking system provides a single source of information at the mailers' fingertips. Additionally, this service uses Planet-Code data through the USPS confirm program in order to track each piece of mail through the postal delivery process. The difference between ALG's Uni-Track system and similar products is that ALG offers this to their clients as a proprietary, seamless tool in ALG's Webshare environment. A mailer can allow its clientele access to pallet and piece tracking through their own website, making the logistics company and its services a transparent and seamless part of the direct marketing process. The inception date of Uni-Track is scheduled for January 25, 2007.
Webshare
ALG's answer to seamless and transparent information management is a reality with ALG's Webshare Technologies. This independent web format connects people with processes and information. Through the use of Microsoft Sharepoint Technologies, ALG provides content management, business process facilitation, information sharing and business to business management solutions. Through Webshare, mailers can have the power of a distribution, co-mail, co-palletization and planet-code information platform that is managed by ALG, but is truly your site. This tool will enable your clientele to access important external production, distribution and in-home management information from your site without the need for data manipulation. Webshare will be available in April of 2007.
